In order for the para laptops to connect to home wifi during the school closure, you will need to first connect to the HandySchool-Wireless network one more time for the new policy to download to your device. Unfortunately, this will require a trip to your campus or the closest HandySchool campus to your home.
Please do not enter the campus. Your laptop should be able to receive a strong enough signal from your car if you're parked near the building or (depending on the campus) you may need to walk up closer to the building. Once your laptop automatically connects to the HandySchool-Wireless network it should download the updated policy.
Please wait 10 minutes in that location so you don't break the connection then restart your computer. You can test to be sure the policy was installed by trying to connect to the HandySchool-BYOD GUEST WIRELESS. If you can connect to the Guest network then you are good to go and should be able to connect at home. If you can't connect to the Guest network, reconnect to HandySchool-Wireless and wait another 10 minutes then try again.
