Webex Update

Starting on 11/14/22, you will notice changes to the Webex application.

How to update your Webex application to 

1. Open the Webex app. There may be a delay of 1-2 min before you see the banner.

2. When you see the banner, select the Update now button:

3. A pop-up screen will load as the app updates. This will take 1-2 min.

4. Finally, the updated Webex app will open! To start a meeting, select the meetings menu from the left side.

FAQs:

1. I'm on a Mac and the update didn't work for me. What now?

• Go to the HandySchool App Store.

• Search for Webex in the search bar.
• Select Install under Webex meeting upgrade (intel).

2. Can I still schedule meetings from Google Calendar?

Yes!
