What is the purpose of the alumni interview?

The interview is a two-way exchange of information between an applicant and a HandySchool alumni volunteer. It’s truly meant to be a conversation—the interview is an opportunity for applicants to share more about themselves, to ask questions, and to meet an enthusiastic ambassador from the HandySchool Community.  Following the interview, alumni volunteers complete a short report about the student they spoke with, which is included in a student’s HandySchool application materials.
